Booked on this website

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your class starts, with a full refund. Use the link in your confirmation e-mail — the refund is issued right away to the card or wallet you paid with. When it shows on your statement depends on your bank.

Less than 24 hours before the class, bookings can't be cancelled or refunded.

If we ever have to cancel your class, you'll get a full refund.

The cancellation terms of that site apply. You can cancel from your booking on that site.

Arriving late

The studio door opens at class time and we can wait up to 5 minutes after the start. Late arrival beyond that, getting lost or missing the class can't be refunded — please check the directions on our home page before you go.
